Gleam & Lift Solutions Terms of Service

Welcome to Gleam & Lift Solutions! By booking our residential cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect you, our business, and our employees. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Gleam & Lift Solutions offers residential cleaning services, including but not limited to Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning, and Move In/Out Cleaning. Additional services (e.g., window cleaning, carpet cleaning) may be provided upon request and for an additional fee.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. Availability is subject to confirmation.
- Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
- Recurring Services: For recurring services, clients may pause or cancel the service with at least 7 days' notice.
3. Payment Terms
- Rates: The rates for our services will be agreed upon at the time of booking. All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 2 days of the service date will incur a late fee of $35.
- Methods of Payment: We accept cash and bank transfers only.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Access to Property: Clients must ensure that Gleam & Lift Solutions has access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the client may be charged the full cost of the service.
- Safety and Hazards: Clients are responsible for notifying Gleam & Lift Solutions of any potential hazards, fragile items, or special cleaning requirements. We are not responsible for damages resulting from hazards or fragile items not disclosed at the time of booking.
- Pets: Clients are responsible for securing pets during the cleaning service. Gleam & Lift Solutions is not responsible for pets escaping or causing harm during the service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Gleam & Lift Solutions strives for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date, and we will address the issue promptly.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Insurance: Gleam & Lift Solutions carries liability insurance to protect against damages and injuries that may occur during the provision of our services.
- Limits of Liability: Our liability for damages or losses caused by our employees is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damages to fragile or valuable items not disclosed in advance.
- Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gleam & Lift Solutions, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the provision of services.
7. Employee Safety
- Safe Working Environment: Clients must provide a safe working environment for our employees. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe the environment is unsafe.
- Harassment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of our employees. Any inappropriate behavior by a client or household member may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Confidentiality
Gleam & Lift Solutions respects the privacy of our clients. We will not disclose any personal or property information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days' notice. Gleam & Lift Solutions reserves the right to terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or harassment.
10. Modifications to Terms of Service
Gleam & Lift Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
